Holly Ransom, Founder and CEO of Emergent will lead this discussion and will be joined by Kevin George, Executive General Manager – Office, Dexus and Sarah Kay, Director – Global Client Leader, Woods Bagot.

Australia’s new story: demographics of a new decade.
Disruption is shifting Australia’s traditional patterns of growth and movement, with 1 million less people expected by 2030. How have priorities shifted and what will be the impact on the economy? Where are we going and where will we be in 10 years? Felicity Emmett, Senior Economist, ANZ will moderate the session with keynote presentations by Jessica Christiansen-Franks, Co-Founder & CEO, Neighbourlytics and Simon Kuestenmacher, Director of Research, The Demographics Group.
